Acceptance
By applying for or using Free Link Wireless service or this website, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and, for Lifeline customers, the Lifeline Subscriber Agreement.
Eligibility and enrollment
Lifeline service is available only to eligible consumers verified through the National Verifier or a state administrator. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Devices and co-pays
Device models, conditions (new or refurbished), and co-pays vary by location, eligibility, and inventory, and may change without notice. Prices marked with an asterisk (*) are ranges; your exact price is shown before you order. Devices are subject to our Return Policy.
Service
Service is subject to network availability and coverage. Data speeds may be reduced after high-speed allotments are used or during network congestion. Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, resale, or automated traffic.
Termination
Service may end if you no longer qualify, fail to recertify, do not use free service within required periods, or violate these terms.

Limitation of liability
